Green Filed Project  PUNE Chakan

This is the Biggest achievement of the life yet . Its 70Acer field need to be converted into a fully functional manufacturing plant for CNH Crop Solution .

We build as ICT a New Smart Data Center which we will be using as DR site for CNHi ERP and Business Critical APP .

We laid 16 KM fiber with 33000 KM Copper cable with each corner of the plant is connected with N+1 Network configuration.

The all 4 corners will be connected in any case until-unless the main DC shut down due a disaster 

It took almost 17 month to design the network. It took many hours of discussion to understand the solution architects and them to understand how way of work and requirement. 


After completing the building and fiber . It time to put all together in the UPS and DC room with 24 x 7  BMS monitoring for DC servers health and a availability . The room was secured by bio matric access control. 

The fire and flood early alarm system were installed including VESDA . A system can detect even minor electric or non electric short circuit  .

The complex part to club all safety equipment in one hub and monitor .

Laptop Writing

CNHi Mother Plant  Gr Noida .

This my 3rd project with in 4 years of joining the CNH Industrial India Pvt Ltd. 

We call it Gr Noida Plant . We have a decent Data Center. The challenge over here that this DC got down once in 3 to 4 months due to air conditioning . 

It took almost 6 months to me to understand the basic issue which causes the Shutdown . 

A un planned shutdown of the DC and Entire system can cost a fortune to the parent company. 


Called my support team who build the data center in 1st place and studded the DC again and again. 


Which helps me to understand the issue with the PAC system and which was fixed . Its been almost 2 years now, we have not faced the unplanned DC outage

Service Desk Setup At China

China is a big country, and CNH has a significate presence at Shanghai as HQ of the company along with Manufacturing plant at Harbin . Its very huge plant with straight of the art data center.

I went Shanghai and Harbin , to understand the  day to day issues at office sides with different -2 applications. Met with app owners to understand the application structure and working . So i can put  that knowledge into the service desk SOPs . Went to Harbin plant to be part of the culture , it help me to understand the day to day working  and issues we face when we are practically doing any thing in regards to reach a single goal .

Skyview Tractor  Telematics

Telematics is an interdisciplinary field that encompasses telecommunications, vehicular technologies (road transport, road safety, etc.), electrical engineering (sensors, instrumentation, wireless communications, etc.), and computer .

science (multimedia, Internet, etc.).

We connected the telematics with our tractors keep the health and availability check on all essential parameters round the clock which includes running hours, fuel consumption, fuel loss , any electronic failure, Engine ON 'n' OFF monitoring, Geo parameters . 


A farmer have a report of consumption, The app will remind for proper servicing . It will help farmer to keep the tractor and other capital equipment on track in terms  of profitability and  maintenance

  1. Real time actual Power load/ consumption, voltage & current fluctuation line chart with predefined threshold value.

  2. Machine wise power saving detail (in KWH).

  3. Advance Data analytics (Energy consumption patterns in real time with historical data consumption).

  4. Real time mail alerts based on Voltage sags and interruptions.

  5. Day wise / shift wise Energy consumption reports for all CNC machines.

  6. Energy consumption detail at Tool level for each CNC machine Based on data available in CNC Controller.

  7. Real time CNC Machine working / loading status at digital platform Based on data available in CNC Controller.

  8. Energy consumption detail at Component level for each CNC machine Based on data available in CNC Controller.

Working From Home

UC 2 : Real Time Production Performance and Visibility

  1. Design and development of smart manufacturing solution for real time production data against plan production.

  2. Design user interface for operator / Supervisor to immediately select the fault reasoning from near by display.

  3. Operator to select fault reason from display.

  4. Analyze station wise fault.

  5. User configuration board for entering shift timing, breaks, training and other production parameter that are not available in ERP.

  6. Production Plan report.​
